  • Was a Tory in 1809
  • Recodified English Civil War but made them simple.
  • Removed death penalty for petty crimes like Pickpocketing
  • Home sec in 1822, appointed by Liverpool in a reshuffle
  • Female prisoners looked after by female wardens.
  • Started to send low-level mobsters to Australia (As seen Cato Street conspiracy 5 people who tried to blow up Liverpool and cabinet)
